Real estate started for me in North Carolina, and the way that I started was one of my best friends, Christina Black. She told me that I would be a great real estate agent. I was raising my kids. Get draw people in. Clean lines is what I always say before photos are taken. So countertops cleaned off, you know, only leave 1 or 2 things.

If you're concerned about the property lines, you know, have them come out and and measure it or ask the seller if they've had an appraisal lately, you know, to see the correct lines of the property. Or survey if it needs survey. Yeah, yeah. Plat map from say it's and you construction so that the people know what's going up in the subdivision.

Okay, so one time I was in North Carolina and selling a house. First time homebuyers, in an older part of North Carolina, Fayetteville payment area. So super older homes really established neighborhoods. Got the home inspector over to do a home inspection. This house had been redone. It was absolutely beautiful. They did the the natural hardwoods that were in it were a dark, shiny, just really inviting.

They change the light fixtures and did the bathrooms, but the clawfoot tubs and stuff to make the house look the age that it was, but, updated. Nice double sided fireplace from the kitchen to the living room. Just gorgeous home. SAT up on the lot. Absolutely beautiful home. Inspector comes to do the home inspection and it's been under contract for almost two weeks.
