And, you, with my realtor partners, it's all origin stories about who they are and their passion and what they love doing.

So I cleared that back and then, I, I just, I make a lot of calls. I spend a good portion of each day at least two hours on the phone, talking to real estate agents. Yeah, building those relationships. And then I spend a good chunk of my day talking to to homeowners, first time homebuyers, aspirational people wanting to get their a home that need.

Maybe they're not quite ready, but they need a good mortgage. Right. And, to get mortgage ready. Yeah. It takes time. It does. You know, I so one of the things I do when I'm not doing anything else is gardening and is it is a nice for me, it's, it's delayed gratification less and every year for me, because, you start in the dead of winter when everything is dormant, gray and cold, and you start with the seed.

That's teeny tiny. Yeah. And, and then here it 1st of June. I'm reaping a harvest. The bloom. Yeah. And so that process to get to where you can go out and gather, vegetables or fruit. Yeah, takes some time. It does. You know, in a world where you've got to have something now, even buying a home, I'm in the quickest I've ever help someone back home was ten days, but generally it's 30.

Yeah, plus or minus. But sometimes you. It takes three months or six months or a year and a half. But the journey's worth it if you can. You know, the end goal. Getting to that recovers. Whatever the issue is getting your Fico scores, your debt nailed down and all that good stuff, building those plans for people and getting them to a home is, you know, into a home, whether it's in today's 30 days or that's it for now.
