I'm a transplant from the North, having been a frequent visitor in my youth the white sand beaches and local opportunities got the best of me in the early 2000's. I had a fascination with construction and architecture in my youth, which evolved into investing and real estate sales. My family and I love the weather of NW Florida and are excited to see Panama City flourish and evolve into a place to vacation as well as a place to live.
My real estate experience began as a home inspector and property preservation contractor. We started working with a company with investments throughout the nation and I quickly moved up in rank to Property Director. I would travel throughout the midwest and East coast vetting properties for possible purchase, including foreclosures, auctions, tax sales, and more. We briefly lived in Hilton Head Island, SC before coming back to our home in Panama City Beach. We quickly established some fantastic relationships with investors and builders whom I still work with.

My passion is finding great homes for great people, and helping new and experienced investors find wealth and new opportunities. Being a former home inspector has been a fantastic tool when working with buyers and helping investors sell their rehabilitated homes, as well as understanding home insurance and how to avoid expensive policies.
