Real Estate- it’s in her blood following in the footsteps of her Broker Associate father, Jessica began her real estate career in her hometown of Richardson, Texas. In her own words “Growing up buying and selling real estate, Dad was a wonderful mentor and molded me into the Broker/Owner I am today!” She has been awarded the Women’s Council of Realtors “Top Gun” Award every year since 2010. Since 1976, her family vacationed on Pensacola Beach, and visited her Uncle who was a Naval Lawyer in Pensacola. Feeling the pull of the coastal tides and captivating sunset, her family settled into the area permanently in 2008. When she is not serving her clients, she is a member of the Zarzaur Law Triathlon Team- The Gavels. The team races to support two local charities, Gulf Coast Kids House and The Favor House, who help abused children and women/men. In addition to her love of triathlon, she enjoys surfing and snowboarding with yearly trips to Costa Rica and Colorado. She and her husband have experienced living in all parts of Pensacola, Pensacola Beach, up in North Pace, and now reside on the canal in Gulf Breeze.
