Author/SVP Bus Dev/Girl Mom
If we’ve spoken, you’ve probably noticed my accent tells a story. I was born and raised in Naperville, IL—a suburb of Chicago—and still call it home today. In my 20s, I traveled the world. In my 30s and 40s, my career has taken me across the U.S., building connections and expanding networks wherever I go.
For more than 20 years, I’ve been immersed in the mortgage and real estate industry, carrying forward a fourth-generation legacy while carving out my own path as a leader, communicator, and connector. Today, I serve as Senior Vice President of Business Development at EPM, where I focus on growing broker networks, integrating innovative fintech, and driving measurable impact for sales nationwide.
I’m also a proud mom to my daughter Avery, my greatest motivation and reminder of what really matters. Balancing motherhood with a national leadership career has shaped not just how I work, but how I lead—with empathy, resilience, and a relentless drive to create meaningful opportunities for others.
From speaking on national stages to mentoring rising professionals, my passion lies in redefining growth through authentic relationships and bold innovation.
