I will be joining our Founder and CEO, Terry Kerr. Bio: Terry Kerr of Mid South Homebuyers started his business in 2002 and pioneered the turnkey single family real estate investment business. Since then he has bought, renovated, sold and managed over 5700 single family homes in Tennessee and Arkansas where cash flow is king. He has helped thousands of busy professionals to become successful real estate investors and wants to help YOU enjoy the financial and time freedom that turnkey real estate provides.

Terry Kerr is the Founder and CEO of Mid South Home Buyers and I am the longest tenured employee at Mid South. I started at the front leasing desk 14 years ago when we had just 215 homes under management and over the years helped grow the property management side of the business to about 5800 homes under management at present. After spending 13 years largely in the property management, client services and acquisitions seats, I recently was promoted to Director of Sales-- while I continue to manage the property management division. I have a deep understanding of the resident side of the business which ultimately is what drives investor returns. After years of leasing our market-best homes and interacting with investors in a customer service role, I'm excited to share market knowledge and expertise with our investors to help them make the best purchasing decisions for them.
